Hi Ruth--I was shocked to learn that Heather is now a cop. Hope you're well. (No, I'm not in the photo). We see Brant and Jan all the time; my son and their sons are best friends; all are Bulldogs on the football team. Whiting has lived in Seattle now for years (again). Hardly see him or the Beckers-no excuse.
BTW, my wife Carrie and Kelli Workman Kamel are very good friends. Did you know Bill Becker married Annie Aoki? (One son, Liam).

Sounds like a great life. Yes, the Europeans definitely have the lifestyle figured out--guess that includes you now! We have that same notion of splitting time eventually, though I don't really know how we'll settle on one spot. We tend to take long vacations whenever we can to go and try on the life of a place, and each time we do I fall in love with that place and think ITS the one. Now that I know you're in the London area, will remember that for next time we are through. Would be great to see you--one of these years!

Ruth, Great to hear from you and I admit to some envy that you've stayed in England all these years. We were back in Scotland this past summer and I had serious thoughts about emigration--if only it were that simple! But life is very good for us here too, so for now it's still dreaming. How old are your kids and where's your village? Would love to hear more.

Eye-opening indeed, especially from what I read about the National Health Service in The Economist from time-to-time!
I'm keeping busy with a few start-up companies, non-profits, and my three kids. My oldest goes off to college this fall, so that will be a big change for us!

Hey there yourself!
No question long time. I am still here in Seatown, and life is pretty darn good. Two boys 16 and 14, (Spence goes to Garfield with Greg B's boy Russell - holy smokes) and Mathis will start there (we think) next year. Both are keepers, and each are taller than me (oh well). Jan and I plug away at jobs we wonder how long we'll keep at, while we wonder at what comes next. I do hope all is well with you - is this a reunion you would come back for? bw

Hi Ruth,

Wow, 25 years in England!! My wife and I have been to London a couple of times and really enjoyed it there. Though things are a bit expensive, it's a nice place to visit.

I seem to recal you have a sister right? you both ran track back in the day?
